At the Online Consulting Academy you'll find educational videos, practical examples, procedure, forms, and guidelines for transitioning your system.
Consultant availability
You will always have a consultant specialized in your area to accompany you throughout the process.
We answer your questions
We have specialists always available for any problem you may have. We address your difficulties within a maximum period of one hour and we answer your technical questions within a maximum of 24 hours.
Training
We consider that training is essential for acquiring knowledge. For this reason, in key points of the “recipe” we've developed, we include e-learning classes. The training is certified and we issue a training certificate.
Scheduling
We thought about your occupation and planned our service so that it occupies you on average one hour per day.
Flexibility
You can dedicate as much time as you want, whenever you want. You determine your own pace.
Control and recording of activities
On our platform we keep a record of your activities and of all answers to your questions. This way we can constantly analyze this information and find ways to help and monitor you.
